Appointments |
 |
We recognize that your time
is valuable and patients are seen by
appointment. We make every effort to stay on
schedule, but please understand that
emergencies and lengthy visits may
occasionally delay a doctor. Same day urgent
care appointments are available. You can
help us stay on schedule by:
1. Having your insurance information
available when you schedule your appointment
2. Informing the receptionist about the
nature of your visit so the proper amount of
time can be set aside for your appointment.
3. Arriving 10-15 minutes early for your
appointment.
4. Notifying the offi ce at least 24 hours
in advance if you are unable to make your
appointment.
5. Bringing your child’s shot record and a
list of all medications to your appointment.
 |
Telephone Calls and
Medication Refills |
 |
Our staff has been
trained to answer most questions. If
they are unable to answer a
question, your child’s chart will be
reviewed and a medical staff member
or physician will call you back. We
do not want your child to run out of
medication. Please remember to call
for refills during regular office
hours. To ensure a more efficient
process, please call your pharmacy
with the number on your child’s
prescription bottle. If your child’s
prescription has expired, the
pharmacy will contact our office for
further instructions. Please allow
24 to 48 hours for refills.
